MEATBALL SANDWICH

Buffet-sized sandwiches.  (Meatballs and bread can be packaged separately, hot and ready to serve, if preferred)  Minimum of 10 orders please.    

ITALIAN SUB

Buffet-size sandwiches.  Ham, Salami and Pepperoni served on a bun with lettuce, tomato and creamy Italian dressing. Can be served hot or cold 

DINNERS

CHICKEN PARMESAN

Breaded boneless chicken breast covered in mozzarella cheese and homemade pasta sauce, served over a bed of fettuccine.  Single serving portions

PASTA ALFREDO

Fettuccine tossed in our homemade cream sauce, then baked with mozzarella on top. 


Small   (serves 6 entree / 12 side portions)  

Large  (serves 12 entrée/ 24 side portions)

CHICKEN ALFREDO

Tender pieces of grilled chicken and fettuccine, tossed in our homemade cream sauce, then baked with mozzarella on top.

SPAGHETTI

With meat or pasta sauce.

Layers of three cheeses rolled and topped with our meat or pasta sauce. Topped with mozzarella cheese. Single serving portions

Single serving of 2 meatballs added to any pasta.

Iceberg lettuce, Romaine lettuce, Spring Mix, cherry tomatoes, onion, green pepper, carrots, cucumber, celery, grilled chicken, and bacon.  Served with sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing.

PAN OF OUR DINNER SALAD

Iceberg and Romaine lettuce with spring mix, topped with cherry tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers and mozzarella cheese.  Choice of dressing.
